Week 1 NFL Parlay Picks
Week 1 NFL parlay picks are ready to roll. We had some good success with the MLB parlay picks and we’ll look to continue the success with NFL Week 1. Let’s look at Week 1 NFL parlay picks.

Week 1 NFL parlay picks are ready to roll. We had some good success with the MLB parlay picks and we’ll look to continue the success with NFL Week 1. Thursdays are always tricky so we’ll make it a point not to play any of the Thursday games. Week 1 games can also be difficult to handicap since we are not entirely sure what we are going to get from the teams entering a new season. What we do know is that the public will be heavily betting a lot of games in Week 1. We have made it a point in the past of going against the public and we’ll make that a focal point in our weekly parlay picks.  Let’s look at Week 1 NFL parlay picks.

Week 1 NFL Parlay Picks

Indianapolis Colts +5 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Most people don’t think the Colts will be any good this season, but is Jacksonville really good enough to be laying nearly a TD on the road? The Jaguars were definitely improved last season, but the Colts may surprise some people early this season. Indianapolis will definitely have the crowd support in this one and that will help rookie Anthony Richardson. I can see some big plays in this one and the public is all over the Jaguars, so that means I will go with the Colts as the first team in the parlay.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers +6 at Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings are getting a lot of love in Week 1 from the public, as they host the Bucs. I have to admit that this line does seem short and that is why the public is betting the Vikings. The Bucs could be better than some people think and it is not like the Vikings have a great defense. Tampa should be able to move the ball and score some points and it could be that a late score gets them under the number in this one. I’ll take Tampa plus the points.

Buffalo Bills -2.5 at New York Jets

I really don’t get all the love for the Jets in this game against the Bills. The public believes in Aaron Rodgers and the Jets, but I am not sold. Rodgers didn’t look that good last year and his best days are definitely behind him. We know that the Bills are one of the best teams in the NFL and all they basically have to do is win this game to cover the spread. The public likes the Jets and that also helps our cause. I’ll take the Bills as the final team in the parlay, and they are also my favorite play in Week 1.

Week 1 NFL Total Picks

Dolphins-Chargers Under 51

The public is betting the Dolphins and Chargers to go over the total. I can understand the thinking, as both teams have potent offenses, but this is Week 1 and it is not like the Dolphins and Chargers don’t have solid defenses. I think the public may be overreacting a little bit in this game and this total is really high at 51. I’ll go under the total with Miami and Los Angeles.

Bills-Jets Under 46.5

We’ll look to do the same thing with the NFL totals that we did with MLB totals and put them into a small parlay. I have less confidence in the totals than I do with the sides, so we’ll keep this simple. The Bills and Jets have high profile quarterbacks in Josh Allen and Aaron Rodgers but they also have good defenses. The Jets are thought of as having one of the top defenses in the league and Buffalo is right there as well. A lot of people think this could be a shootout on Monday night, but since when does the public know anything? We’ll go under the total with the Bills and Jets.
