MLB Network has the Chicago Cubs at the Toronto Blue Jays and the Colorado Rockies at the Los Angeles Dodgers. ESPN+ has the game between the Texas Rangers and San Francisco Giants, while the night game on ESPN has the Atlanta Braves at the New York Mets. Sunday MLB Parlay Picks
Pittsburgh Pirates
The Cincinnati Reds visit the Pittsburgh Pirates on Sunday and it should be Luke Weaver going for the Reds, while the Pirates send Mitch Keller. It is simply amazing that Weaver is still in the starting rotation for the Reds. What is also amazing is that the Reds somehow win Weaver’s starts more often than not even though he is terrible. He is 2-4 on the season with an ERA of nearly seven. He doesn’t win many games or lose many games, as he doesn’t last long enough to get wins and the Reds score a bunch of runs in his starts and bail him out. That might be tough to do here, as Keller is 9-8 with an ERA of just over four and at home his ERA is 3.71. I’ll take the Pirates as the first team in the parlay.
San Francisco Giants
The Texas Rangers visit the San Francisco Giants on Sunday and it should be Dane Dunning going for the Rangers, while the Giants send Brandon Webb. Dunning has been solid for Texas this season with a 9-4 record and a 3.21 ERA. Webb has been much better at home than on the road, as he is 5-4 with a 2.23 ERA at home. I’ll go with the Giants as the second team in the parlay.
Los Angeles Dodgers
The Dodgers get what should be an easy game on Sunday, as they host the Colorado Rockies. The Rockies for some inexplicable reason have decided that Chris Flexen is worth a spot in their rotation. That simply isn’t the case this season, as Flexen continue to struggle. He is 1-5 with a 7.92 ERA this season. The Dodgers counter with Julio Urias who is 9-6 with a 4.39 ERA. This should be a good spot for Urias and the Dodgers, so I will take them as the last game in the parlay.
Sunday MLB Parlay Total Picks
Guardians-Rays Under
We should get a good pitching matchup in Tampa on Sunday, as the Guardians visit the Rays. Cleveland is expected to send Tanner Bibee who is 8-2 with a 2.92 ERA this season. He is now the best pitcher on Cleveland’s staff with Bieber hurt and Civale in Tampa. The Rays counter with Zach Eflin who is 12-6 with a 3.34 ERA. I’ll go under the total with the Guardians and Rays for the first half of the parlay.
Yankees-Marlins Under
The Yankees visit the Marlins on Sunday and it should be Gerrit Cole getting the start for New York, while Miami throws Eury Perez. Cole is still the AL Cy Young leader and he comes into this game at 10-3 with a 2.75 ERA. Perez has been underrated for most of this season, as he is 5-4 with a 2.79 ERA. This should be a low scoring game so I will go under the total with the Yankees and Marlins for the second half of the parlay.
