The Pro Bowl will be played one week before the Super Bowl in 2010 and both games will be staged in Land Shark Stadium. The Pro Bowl is the premier all-star event in sports and will feature the best players in the NFL.
The 2010 Pro Bowl will be the first time the event has been held on the mainland in 30 years, and the first time in South Florida in 35 years and it will not be South Florida's first Pro Bowl: the 1975 game took place in Miami's Orange Bowl, during a period when the site rotated annually. The game has been hosted in Tampa, Seattle, Dallas, Kansas City, New Orleans and Los Angeles on three occassions.

Pro Bowl Betting History
The Pro Bowl is the National Football League’s all-star showcase pitting top stars from the American Football Conference (AFC) and National Football Conference (NFC). Held the week after the Super Bowl, the nationally televised exhibition.
The NFL Pro Bowl actually came into existence in 1939. At that time, the NFL champion would line up and play against a team made up of the best players from the rest of the league. After an absence from 1943 to 1950, the game was resumed, this time with teams composed of the top players from the National Football Conference and the American Football Conference competing after the regular NFL season ended. The NFL Pro Bowl was originally played on a different field every year, with the location of the game moving to a different NFL city every year. In 1980, the decision was made to move the Pro Bowl to Honolulu, Aloha Stadium in Hawaii, where it has been played every year since, making Pro Bowl sports betting a part of the Hawaiian experience. Now the game will be played in 2010 in florida to make History again.

2010 NFL Pro Bowl Results
In its new role as a warmup to the Super Bowl, the Pro Bowl became a series of wind sprints.
Long gains were the rule and hard hitting was the exception as the AFC beat the NFC 41-34 on Sunday night.
Light showers fell for much of the game, stirring memories of a rainy Super Bowl in Miami three years ago. But uniforms remained mostly spotless, with more pushing and shoving than tackling.
"It's different. It was like 7 on 7," NFC linebacker Brian Orakpo said. "Everybody came out here trying not to get hurt and give the fans a good show"
Matt Schaub of the Houston Texans threw for 189 yards and two AFC scores, and was chosen the most valuable player.
"It's a game you watch growing up as a kid and wonder if you could ever be in," Schaub said. "To actually be a part of it is incredible."
2009 NFL Pro Bowl Results
With a huge red lei around his neck and a wide grin that could have stretched across Oahu, Larry Fitzgerald held up the gleaming, silver MVP trophy. It sparkled in the sunshine as much as his game. The only problem: It wasn't the Lombardi Trophy. Fitzgerald caught five passes for 81 yards and two touchdowns, 44-year-old John Carney kicked two fourth-quarter field goals, and the NFC rallied to a 30-21 victory over the AFC. The Arizona Cardinals' All-Pro receiver, coming off a record-breaking postseason and a spectacular Super Bowl in a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, earned MVP honors.

Minnesota Vikings rookie back Adrian Peterson rushed for 129 yards and a pair of touchdowns to lead the NFC to a 42-30 victory over the AFC in the National Football League's Pro Bowl game.
The Offensive Rookie of the Year, Peterson scored in the third quarter to give the NFC its first lead 28-27. He capped the scoring with a six-yard score in the fourth quarter of Sunday's American gridiron all-star game.
Peterson's performance earned him the MVP award. The last time a rookie won the MVP was in 1995 when Marshall Faulk earned the honours. More Pro Bowl Results
