Casino games and sportsbook software running too slow?
If your connection seems very slow and/ or you are not able to see the site. It might be, because we just made an update to the site and the "old" version is still saved in your computer. You need to go to the tools section and under internet options delete internet files/ cookies.


Can't see the casino games in your browser?

If
you only see a blank screen and/or cannot see the
casino games, or it just doesn't look complete, it
means that your browser is not Java enabled.
We have 2 ways to fix this.
1)
You
are probably using AOL as your main browser.
To fix this minimize the AOL window, open
a second browser with Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Netscape Navigator.
If you don't have Internet explorer, Firefox or
Netscape navigator, just click on the icons in the download
center at the bottom of this page to get a new versions of these browsers.
2)
You may be using a very old version
of Internet explorer, Firefox, or Netscape navigator. To fix this just click on the icons in our download center
below to download the new version of these browsers.
Completed the sign up/registration form and did not receive your user ID?
After
you fill out the registration for you will receive your user ID immediately right on your browser, our system will also send an email with your user ID along with current promotion directly to your email address you supplied us.

Lost connection with our casino server?
This will only happen if you leave the casino game or gaming board open for 5 minutes without placing a wager or we are restarting our servers for routine maintenance. This is just a security measure, it will not affect the game you are playing or the outcome of the game.
To fix this just log back into your account, select the game you were playing before the lost connection and play will resume right where you left off.

Games don't fit on your screen?
This
means that you have a video resolution of 800x600
pixels or less. We recommend using a resolution of 1024x768 pixels.
To fix this just follow these 4 steps.
1)
Right click on your computer's desktop. A window will
pop up with a group of options. Select "Properties".

2)
Another window will appear. Click on the "Settings"
option on the top right corner.

3)
On the "Desktop Area" space, select 1024x768
and click apply. That's it, you can start playing
now. If you can't see the 1024x768 option that
means that your video card doesn't support this resolution,
go to the next step then.

4)
Your video card doesn't support the 1024x768 resolution. You can take one the follow two solutions:
1)
Adjust the scroll bars so you can see better the games.
2)
Contact us so we can adjust our gaming board to fit your screen.
Macintosh users

For MAC user’s registration, playing casino games, and betting is exactly the same as pc users unless you are using AOL to connect. If you are using AOL you need to have AOL version 3.0 or better and you will also need the latest versions of Internet explorer, Netscape navigator, or Firebox. If you need to download a current browser visit the download center at the bottom of the page, download the browser of your choice and then come back to this section. If you don't have to download a new browser skip to the next paragraph.
Now that you have a current browser goes ahead and connects to AOL. Once your AOL browser loads go ahead and minimize the screen. To do this click on the screen "finder" menu at the right top hand corner, then click the "hide others" option. Now open your new browser you just downloaded and connect to our site from there. Be sure to keep the "Open Transport" utility feature open.
