Free betting accounts are good on spreads & totals of the full game only. They are not valid on Circled games or combined with any other bonus offers. They can not be used for placing wagers on Horses, -105 reduced juice Tuesdays or any other existing or future betting promotions. The maximum payout for any freeplay is $5,000.

Gamblers Palace agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Gamblers Palace Web site. or losses. This is the responsibility of the individual.
If you reside in a jurisdiction where your winnings are
taxable, you must keep track of those winnings and report

Identity

ALL accounts must have a correct, and valid, address and contact phone number listed in their account information on the date(s) of their withdrawal. Use of an invalid address and phone number is grounds for possible forfeiture of any/all winnings and/or a delay in your redemptions request. Withdrawals/Cash outs
Withdrawals can be made prior to meeting rollover requirements. However, if rollover has not been met, the player will be penalized the greater of the free play or cash bonus amount or the winnings from the free play or cash bonus

Non U.S. players utilizing e-wallets to fund their account are subject to account audits at management’s discretion. If we become aware, or have reason to suspect that a transaction is suspicious and may involve money laundering or something similar to money laundering then we reserve the right to retain the amount of that transaction and any other transaction made by you and to report the transaction to the relevant regulatory authorities.
Customers doing multiple daily and or weekly deposits via e-check or credit card may be subject to a 60 day hold on receiving a full payout. Accounts will be evaluated individually
Disputes
and Discrepancies
Account balances must be
verified by the customer on each call or Internet log-on
prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your account
balance you agree that all previous transactions are correct
and you do not have any claims. Claims or disputes must
be settled prior to making any further wagers and within
48hrs from the date of the wager. All phone calls to Gamblers
Palace.com will be recorded on tape. All Internet transactions
will be saved to a file and the file will be saved on
a tape back-up system. In all cases of dispute, both management
and the customer agree that the tape recording or file
tape back-up shall serve as the final authority in the
dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly.
Player's that chargeback
funds or reverse payments will forfeit all winnings.
Password/User
ID.
You are solely responsible
for the security of your Pin user id and your
password. Should you inadvertently let someone else know
your password we suggest that you contact us immediately
and change your password. Customers are responsible for
any unauthorized use of their account. In the event that
a third party places a bet the bet will be valid, whether
or not the alleged third party had the prior consent or
knowledge of the customer. Under no circumstances will
any bet be cancelled for that reason. In the event that
a customer suspects that a third party may have it's password
or username, you may contact us at anytime and request
a new user id and password.
